Here are some of my most frequently asked questions. If your question isn't answered here send me a message! 

Q: DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS? 

A: I do not currently accept custom orders. If/when that changes I'll announce it on social media and send out an email. I do take your requests into account though so don't hesitate to reach out and tell me what you're hoping to see!

Q: HOW/WHERE CAN I PURCHASE YOUR JEWELRY?

A: I release small collections 1-2 times per month as well as occasional made-to-order listings. The date and time these collections will be listed is always announced through social media, on my website and in emails. To save time at checkout create an account and make sure you are logged in ahead of time. Email subscribers get to shop an hour before everyone else. I currently only sell my jewelry online through this website. If/when that changes it will be announced through social media.

Q: THE PIECE I WANTED SOLD. CAN YOU MAKE ANOTHER?

I frequently revisit past designs as part of new collections but I’m usually working on the next collection as soon as the previous one hits the shop. Therefore, I cannot remake pieces on demand. If you have your heart set on a particular item make sure you are signed in to my shop, signed up for emails and taking advantage of Instagram countdown timers and post notifications.

Q: DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT PLANS?

A: I accept payment plans through Shop Pay at checkout on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me to set this up. 

Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

A: Ready to ship orders ship within 3 business days of purchase. Finished-to-size rings and made-to-order pieces ship within the specific time frame stated in the listing. You will be notified via email once your package ships and be provided with tracking info. Postage prices are calculated upon checkout and vary based on the chosen rate and destination. Once a package has been dropped off at the post office, it becomes your responsibility. Buyer is responsible for any customs fees and/or import taxes.

Q: HOW WILL MY JEWELRY ARRIVE?

A: Orders are packaged securely with anti-tarnish tabs in packaging as eco-friendly as possible. If you order multiple pieces they will be packaged together unless you leave me a note at checkout to package them separately for gift giving.

Q: HOW DO I DETERMINE MY RING SIZE?

A: The best way to find your ring size is to stop by a local jewelry store and ask them to measure your fingers. You also can bring a ring you already own that fits well and have them measure it. Q: CAN I GET A RING RESIZED?

A: Most of my rings are finished in the buyer’s size. However, rings that are already finished in a specific size cannot be resized by me. Some rings with simpler bands can be resized by a jeweler with the proper welding equipment (most of my rings cannot be altered using any form of heat). The design and/or shape of rings with more embellished bands may be negatively affected by resizing. To ensure a good outcome, please do not take your ring to be resized without contacting me first.    

Q: HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

A: To prevent premature tarnishing and wear-and-tear, remove your jewelry before swimming, bathing or doing any rigorous activity that could damage your piece. Exposure to lotions, dyes, perfumes, sulfur, jewelry cleaning solutions/dips and other chemicals can alter the finish and possibly damage stones. If your piece becomes dirty you can gently scrub with a very soft toothbrush and gentle dish soap. To remove tarnish you can use a polishing cloth to rub the surface. Alternatively, you can send me your piece(s) for maintenance service for only the cost of shipping (both ways). Send me a message and we’ll make it happen!

To keep your jewelry from tarnishing prematurely, store in a jewelry box and/or the baggie it came in with the anti-tarnish tab. If you leave your piece in the open air it will tarnish quickly. Most importantly, wear it often! Wearing your jewelry helps keep tarnish at bay.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

A: I accept returns under the following conditions:

-Contact me within 3 calendar days of the delivery of your piece with reason for return.

-Returns must be shipped back within 7 calendar days of delivery in their original condition and packaging in order to receive a refund full refund. If original packaging is not available a flat fee $10 will be deducted from your refund. If the item is not packaged properly and is damaged in transit a refund will not be issued.

-Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

-Custom pieces CANNOT be returned or exchanged. This includes finished-to-size rings.
